1. General Fee Structure & Admission Policy

1. All admission fees, registration charges, tuition fees, and examination fees paid to NCITSDC are non-refundable and non-transferable under any standard circumstances once the enrollment is confirmed.
2. Students are advised to review the course syllabus, timing schedules, and fee structures carefully before taking admission.

2. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

A. Non-Refundable Scenarios (Strictly No Refund)

1. Change of Mind: Fees will not be refunded if a student decides to discontinue the course, drop out, or change their career path after taking admission.
2. Attendance & Absence: No refunds or fee adjustments will be made if a student remains absent or misses classes due to personal reasons.
3. Batch Transfers: Requesting a change in batch timing does not entitle the student to any fee refund.
4. Disciplinary Action: If a student's admission is terminated due to misconduct, property damage, or violation of institute rules, all fees paid will be forfeited.

B. Special Refund Conditions (Exceptional Cases)

Refund requests will only be considered under the following specific circumstances, subject to management approval:

1. Institute Cancellation: If NCITSDC cancels a course or fails to start a batch within 30 days of the promised start date without providing an alternative, 100% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded.
2. Double / Duplicate Payment: In case of online transactions, if a student is charged twice due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

If a student qualifies for a refund under Section 2(B):

1. Written Application: The student must submit a formal written request along with original fee receipts and ID proof at the institute office.
2. Verification & Approval: The management will review the application within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Payout: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / Cheque only in the name of the student or guardian. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.

4. Right to Amend

NCITSDC management reserves the full right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
